Refund Policy

All paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before day 7, you will not be charged.

A full refund is available within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if you have not downloaded any documents. No refund is available after 7 days, or after you have downloaded documents.

You can cancel any time before your next quarterly billing date — your access continues until the end of the paid period.

A full refund is available within 14 days of your initial subscription payment if you have not downloaded more than five documents. After 14 days, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the term may be issued at TrueBlue's discretion if requested.

Email info@truebluecompliance.com.au with your account email, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
